Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PaySats (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and product. PaySats is a self-custody, on-chain protocol — we are designed to hold as little of your data as possible.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: when you sign in with Google, email, or a social account, our authentication provider processes the identifier you choose (such as your email address) to create your smart wallet.

Usage data: we may collect basic, aggregated analytics such as pages visited, device type, and approximate region to improve the product.

On-chain data: transactions you make are recorded on a public blockchain. This data is inherently public and is not controlled by PaySats.

2. How We Use Information

To create and secure your smart wallet, operate core features such as DCA and borrowing, communicate important service updates, and improve performance and reliability.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Self-Custody and Your Keys

PaySats is non-custodial: you control your assets and keys. We do not have access to your funds and cannot move them on your behalf. We never ask for and never store your private keys or recovery material.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies required for the site to function and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers for authentication, wallet infrastructure, blockchain access, and hosting. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy terms.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights. Note that on-chain data cannot be altered or deleted.

8. Children’s Privacy

PaySats is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through in-product notice.
